At Elev8 Massage Wellness LLC, we strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction with our massage services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to make changes or adjustments to your scheduled appointment. Please review our return policy below for detailed information on cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds related to massage services.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

  • We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
  • In order to cancel, inform about late arrival or reschedule your massage appointment, please feel free to contact us at any time.
  • If you fail to provide us with a 24-hour notice, then it may result in a cancellate fee.

Late Arrival:

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your scheduled appointment.
  • In such cases, please inform us about your late arrival as soon as possible. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened session.
  • The full session fee will still apply, as our therapists’ time is reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds:

  • We do not provide refunds for completed massage sessions.
  • If you need to cancel an appointment with at least a 24-hour notice, we can provide a refund of the prepaid amount or reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.

Missed Appointments (No-Show):

  • Any missed appointment for massage services without prior notice is considered a no-show.
  • No-shows (missed appointments) will still be charged the full fee.

Exceptional Circumstances:

  • Cancellation of appointments is possible in the event of unexpected circumstances. For instance, sudden illness or any other kind of emergency.
  • Under such circumstances, kindly contact us right immediately to discuss the entire situation and how we can manage it accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate you with understanding and flexibility.
